First Appearance: Batman Arkham Origins (2013)Amanda Waller is the leader of the D.O.J (Department of Justice) as well as being in charge of the government run Task Force-X.
After the capture of Joker on Christmas Eve, Amanda Waller visited Deathstroke in Blackgate. She is accompanied by two men, a replacement staff (with the original being destroyed by Batman), a large handhold bag and a clipboard with information sheets on the Suicide Squad (Task Force-X's other name.)
Deathstroke states that he had figured she would come to see him, without losing focus of his press ups. She slides the clipboard under the cell door, without a word and after he reads it answers his question of subordination by saying that "you rot in here, or you work for me."
