The "Red Queen" is a mind altered Poison Ivy, who was controlled by the Mad Hatter to attack Batman when he had come to rescue Vickie Vale from his tea party.
After Batman is infected by the Mad Hatter's altered Fear Gas, he is forced to fight the Carpenter, the "Cheshire Cat" and the "Red Queen" herself. She attacks him with spores from a rose, which he avoids, pulling his punches in order to brake the Hatter's hold on them but not hurt them in the process. When Batman's body faulters due to his iflictions to both the Fear gas and the Titan poisoining, both she and "Cheshire Cat" hold him steady as the "Jabberwocky" arrives. Batman manages to brake away and throws a Sock Batarang that destroys the Hatter's Master mind control device.
Poison Ivy is broken free from his control, left unconscious along with the others.
